It’s possible that you may not find out the target item to modify the color or font of post title in GUI mode like I said in this post:
How to Change Color or Font on All Post Titles in Blogger – with GUI Mode
Therefore, you have to edit the template in text mode.

First of all, go into text mode.
Edit the template in Blogger text mode
Search for $(post.title.font), the found block of CSS is our target to edit.
Found the target CSS block in Blogger text mode
Modify the CSS block from this
h2.post-title, h4 {
  font: $(post.title.font);
  color: $(post.title.text.color);
}

h2.post-title a {
  font: $(post.title.font);
  color: $(post.title.text.color);
}

into this:
h2.post-title, h4 {
/*font: $(post.title.font);
color: $(post.title.text.color);*/
  font: 24px "Courier New", Courier, monospace;
  color: red;

}

h2.post-title a {
/*font: $(post.title.font);
color: $(post.title.text.color);*/
  font: 24px "Courier New", Courier, monospace;
  color: red;

}

Change the style of post title in Blogger text mode
In the above code, I comment out the original styles by two pairs of /* … */ and then add mine. Now, you can preview the template and see what you got here before saving the template.
