At times, you may need to enable configuration or enable database to make the broker work again.
$ dgmgrl /
...
DGMGRL> enable configuration;
If you were waiting for it to complete for a long time and no return, please check the disk space on both sides (primary and standby servers) by df -h in Linux or df -g in Unix. There could be 99% or 100% space used at the mount point.
