How to Change Both DB_NAME and DB_UNIQUE_NAME of a RAC Database

We plan to do the following items in order to change both DB_NAME and DB_UNIQUE_NAME of a RAC database.

1. Database Level: Change DB_NAME of a RAC Database
2. System Level: Change DB_UNIQUE_NAME of a RAC Database

Don't try to mix up the above two goals into one, otherwise, you might get confused about everything you did.
